These outstanding resources have been designed to help students studying the Home Front during the Second World War. They are suitable for the full range of ability and should take between 9 to 10 hours of curriculum time to complete.
Each lesson comes with a fully editable worksheet and PowerPoint, which includes aims, objectives, differentiated outcomes, starters, plenaries, information slides, historical sources, tasks, activities, links to video clips, thinking skills and active learning exercises.

This outstanding lesson looks at one of Britain’s first attempts to recycle or salvage resources during the Second World War. It is part of a series of lessons that I have created on the Home Front that can be either downloaded separately or as a discounted bundle. The lesson materials are suitable for the full range of ability.
When you purchase these resources you will be able to download a three page worksheet with the key information, sources and tasks, one of which includes a SEN missing word activity. You will also be able to download an accompanying Point Point with the aims, objectives, differentiated outcomes, starters, plenaries, information slides, historical sources, relevant video clips and extension exercises to work along aide the activities on the worksheet.

These fun and interactive card sorts have been designed to explore medical ethic issues linked to the science curriculum. They can be purchased on their own or as part of a discounted bundle.
These card sorts are great for the full range of ability and are designed to help promote debate and discussion of these difficult topics. You can cut them out and put them into an envelope for students to sort or you can get them to cut, sort and stick them into their books. Failing that they can create a key or use highlighters and stick the information into their books.

These literacy cards have been designed to help students write a persuasive piece of writing by giving them a series of sentence starters… The resource could be printed off as a worksheet and used a s a writing frame or cut out to make a literacy pack of cards that could be kept in an envelope and given out. This is a must have resource that has been designed for use in a British classroom.

Thesegreat resources are a must have for every teacher starting back to school.
They include an intervention log for your form, a seating planner and finally a literacy mat which can be laminated and placed on each table. If you are a HOD, I’ve also thrown in my faculty review sheet.

This great little resource is designed to be printed off and stuck around your classroom clock as a motivational aid :-)
The resource is supplied in PowerPoint and can be edited. I have left the blue circle guide in, just in case you want to customise it further, but I would recommend deleting the circles before printing.
I have added the image to the right to show off a different design - my version should wrap around your clock once you have printed it off in either A3 or A4.
